Attempted this CTF on a workday at 2am. Zero bingos, but learnt a lot during post-CTF discussion so I'm going to write about it. Btw, Misc = Crypto and Forensics.

I participated in this XSS Challenge due to my friend @stypr posting about it. It took me well over 2 hours to solve and I realized again how lacking my skills are.

I played guess the flag with CTF.SG last week, spending a total of 3 hours to solve 20+/- of all the guess challenges.

We started this CTF on Monday after the UIUCTF ended. Only had about a day to solve challenges, so I started with the highest points ones. Played with the boys from CTF.SG again, and we finished at 10th with only 4 left unsolved.

I participated with Defenit and CTF.SG and mostly worked on the Web. Or I should say Misc, since all the Web felt like Misc. The 3-part OSINT series was fun though! I also solved the programming challenges in Misc, and some other Guess challenges... We finished 6th place with only about 6 challenges unsolved, so I'm pretty happy with our performance!

I participated with CTF.SG again, but as most of us were burnt out from 0ctf, we didn't have the full force this time around. The site uses fixed scoring and not dynamic, so some questions were determined to be easier than others.
